The AI Readiness Check runs entirely in your browser and does not use cookies either. 3. The payment step
When you proceed to payment, you leave this page for the Organiser's payment portal. That portal may set its own cookies needed to keep your payment session working, and possibly others depending on which provider is used.
The payment provider is the ITC Leiden payment portal (itc-leiden.nl/payments). Please refer to their site for details of any cookies placed to secure and authenticate payment transactions.
4. If this changes
If the Organiser later adds analytics (for example, to see how many people view this page) or a marketing pixel, that will only happen after this policy is updated to describe the new cookie and — if the cookie is not strictly necessary — after a consent banner is added that lets you accept or decline before the cookie is set. Until then, the statement above is accurate and no consent mechanism is needed.
