By now we are able to compute the per person amount for participating in the 2026 Leiden Event. The amount covers the cost of the two lunches (and refreshments at the breaks), two dinners (including drinks), transportation on Friday (country house) and Saturday (countryside rowing / Wassenaar). The amount per person is € 330, reduced by the € 50 registration fee is € 280 (if you come with a partner the €50 registration fee should be deducted only once). Please make your payment ASAP but not later than 15 August. If you pay before 24 July, you are entitled to an early bird discount of € 30 and pay € 250 per person. The amounts mentioned are due also if, unfortunately, you will not be able to participate in all events.

The Leiden Event fee is €280 per person, or €250 per person if payment is received before 24 July 2026.

Final payment deadline: 15 August 2026.

If two persons were registered, the €50 registration fee is deducted only once.
